Welcome to the Comfort Chef Specialty Catering We offer full service catering for any size event, from hot dogs for 2000 people at the Bank Of The Hills to an intimate dinner party in your own home. The food is always hot & fresh and the service is courteous, efficient, and unobtrusive. Food may be prepared on site in our portable kitchen when appropriate. Here are some entrees and side dishes we have prepared recently. We will customize the menu and service to compliment your own style & taste and to optimize your budget. Pricing is determined, based on the chosen menu and level of service required Prices generally vary from $14.00 per person to $30.00 per person

Potatoes O'Brian, green beans with roasted garlic, horseradish cream Chicken Ponchatrain 5 oz. chicken breast grilled, then finished in a rich poblano cream sauce with shrimp & crawfish Creole rice, baked sweet potato Guenther's signature chicken & sausage gumbo Homemade cornbread & Creole rice Smoked pork Spare Ribs German style pickled cabbage, Baked Beans, &Potato Salad Rib Eye Steak Baked Potato, Garden Salad, Steamed Broccoli Creole Feast Crawfish Pie, Sausage & chicken Gumbo, Shrimp Etoffe'e, Cole slaw, Homemade Corn Bread German Feast Roast Pork, Smoked Sausage, Grilled Bratwurst in dark beer, roasted red potatoes, sauerkraut Beef Bourguignon Sirloin Steak slowly braised with red wine, wild mushrooms, onions & carrots Tuscan pork or Chicken Chunks of pork shoulder or chicken seared, then braised in wine, olives, capers, onions & tomatoes. This is a bold & rustic stew.
